About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will provide design and production expertise, visual communication, and implementation services to a wide range of internal stakeholders, including corporate office and retail stores as well as external agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team and other internal clients, and agencies to ensure creative assets meet requirements and brand standards.
  • Provide creative leadership on custom ads and design requests, translating business objectives into effective, onbrand visual solutions.
  • Think creatively to develop innovative ideas and concepts to produce a wide variety of marketing collaterals for brand campaigns, nationwide initiatives, and local store projects in print and digital formats.
  • Design digital graphics for the company website, social media channels, and other digital applications.
  • Present and communicate design work effectively to internal clients and stakeholders, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback to strengthen outcomes.
  • Stay up-to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices applying relevant insights to strengthen creative output and innovation.
  • Prepare and package artwork files for internal clients, agencies and print vendors.
  • Manage the content, usage, and evolution of creative development assets along with training and access for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel to various meetings, conferences or store locations as required to support creative initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a professional Graphic Designer
  • We are looking for someone with a related post-secondary diploma or degree from a recognized institution
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Work, & teams) is essential
  • Proven ability to confidently present material to a variety of audiences
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication
  • Proven ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
