  • Rotating Day Shift (Continental)

  • Monday to Thursday - Night Shift

Position Overview

Silent-Aire is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This role is responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support our brand, marketing initiatives, and internal communications across a variety of platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile designer with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for:

    • Social media content

    • Print materials (posters, flyers, brochures)

    • Digital assets (web graphics, digital signage for TVs)

    • Corporate forms and company documents

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns

  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality

  • Assist with promotional item sourcing, ordering, and shipping logistics

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Maintain organized file systems and design assets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding

  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with web design tools or motion graphics is considered an asset
