Controls Programmer (w/25% Travel) - Denver, CO - BAS Controls Contractor with Government Work


POSITION:

  • Controls Programmer w/25% Travel


LOCATION:

  • Lakewood, CO


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mid-Junior to Senior level w/ relevant schooling/training & 3-5+ years of industry experience

  • Tridium AX/N4 Certified

  • Competency in Networking TCP/IP, MSTP protocols, within Modbus, LON and BACnet applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player and self-motivated


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program and configure custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries

  • Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning

  • Ability to perform preventative & predictive maintenance on BAS systems

  • Create controls databases from scratch

  • Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet and Modbus

  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems

  • Ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls

  • Create BAS system graphics

  • Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers

  • Ability to repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS
