JOB TITLE: Graphic Design Intern
DEPARTMENT: Office of Alumnae/i Relations
PAY RATE: $15/hour for up to 15 hours/week
REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Alumnae/i Relations
DATES: 2025-2026 School Year
Summary
The Office of Alumnae/i Relations is committed to fostering meaningful and lasting connections between the department and its diverse alumnae/i community. Through programs, events, and communications, we strive to celebrate alumnae/i achievements, support lifelong engagement, and encourage alumnae/i involvement. The Graphic Design Intern will support this mission by enhancing the visual identity of the office through the creation of engaging and consistent marketing materials for a wide range of alumnae/i-related initiatives and events.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Design promotional materials and event graphics for use on social media, email campaigns, web platforms, and print
  • Create branded items such as stickers, buttons, signage, and event collateral that reflect the identity of the Office of Alumnae/i Relations
  • Ensure visual consistency across all digital and print materials produced by the office
  • Collaborate with staff to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for alumnae/i events, programs, and outreach initiatives
  • Provide design and logistical support for major events and ongoing programming
  • Attend team meetings and regular check-ins with supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
