We are looking for an Marketing Coordinator with stellar administrative skills and a passion for helping to drive a team to success.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Marketing Coordinator create visual materials that support Griffith Company Business Development (digital and print) as well as various company division/departments. This position will work directly under supervision of the Business Development Manager to help integrated branded campaigns, produce ongoing website updates, support various ranging company graphics needs (i.e., Awards, qualification packages, Ads), produce visual content for digital social media posts, manage photo libraries, and help maintain company branding guidelines across Griffith's many divisions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Develop and publish content highlighting company projects, milestones, community involvement, and employee achievements.
  • Assist with the development of visual content for company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Prepare graphics and photographs that highlight company projects, employees, milestones, and community involvement.
  • Help maintain consistent branding across digital platforms.
  • Assist with website content updates and digital marketing materials.
  • Maintain awareness of current design practices and digital content trends.
Website & Digital Content Management
  • Coordinate website updates with web developers or vendors when necessary.
  • Upload photos, videos, and project updates to ensure current and accurate company representation.
Project Marketing & Multimedia
  • Develop presentations for client interviews, executive meetings, community events, recruiting activities, and industry functions.
  • Manage assigned design projects from initial concept through final production and approvals.
  • Coordinate job site photography and video crews to document projects and develop marketing content.
  • Visit job sites to capture photos and video content for marketing and social media use.
  • Assist in developing project case studies, project highlight sheets, and project completion summaries.
  • Prepare final production files and coordinate printing or distribution as needed.
Industry Awards & Publications
  • Monitor and track submission deadlines for industry awards and recognition programs.
  • Support the development of award submissions, project nominations, and industry recognition materials.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather project information, photos, and supporting materials for submissions.
Marketing Materials & Vendor Coordination
  • Design and produce marketing materials working within Griffith Company's branding standards.
  • Coordinate magazine advertisements, sponsorship placements, and promotional opportunities.
  • Work with vendors for printing brochures, banners, project signage, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update company capability statements and corporate marketing brochures on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with external photographers or multimedia vendors when needed.
  • Maintain organized working files and final design assets.
  • Maintain organized photo files and support development of the company's image library.
Business Development Support
  • Work with Business Development Director, Business Development Manager, Operations, Human Resources, and executive leadership on assigned projects.
  • Communicate project status and clarify expectations before beginning work.
  • Maintain and update executive biographies and company profiles across industry platforms.
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Balance multiple assignments with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
  • Work independently on assigned projects and request direction when project requirements are unclear.
  • Maintain professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive company information.
  • Maintain an organized work environment and file structure.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
