The Graphic Designer supports the hospital’s brand and marketing initiatives through creative graphic design and production across internal and external communications. This role partners with marketing leadership, project coordinators, and a range of internal and external creative and production vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual storytelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related advertising field is required.
- Minimum of three years graphic design experience required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required. After Effects skills are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design a range of visual materials including both web and print. Some examples include digital ads, social ads, billboards, brochures, annual reports, flyers and posters.
- Apply core graphic design principles while consistently maintaining Woman’s Hospital’s corporate brand and visual identity.
- Collaborate with creative supervisor to execute high-quality collateral.
- Collaborate with the in-house print shop and external vendors on occasion to communicate project specifications and quality expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while proactively communicating status updates, challenges, and potential production issues to creative supervisor, project coordinators, and/or vendors.

- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Remote work eligible after probationary period
Compensation:
- Hourly, Non-Exempt Position
- $22.91 - $36.66
