The team delivers graphic design, printing, mailing services, promotional products, and direct marketing solutions that help customers get noticed and grow their businesses.


Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Fargo, ND, responsible for generating new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role includes prospecting local businesses, conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations, and recommending print, design, and marketing solutions tailored to client needs. Daily activities involve scheduling and attending client meetings, preparing quotes and proposals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate job specifications, and following up to close sales. The representative will maintain detailed records of sales activities, monitor market trends, and participate in local networking events to build brand awareness. Success in this role requires consistent outreach, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on providing responsive, high-quality customer service.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
