Job description

Your designs shouldn't live in a folder.

They should be on delivery trucks.

At concerts.

At rodeos.

In retail stores.

On social media.

At community events.

And occasionally on a giant sign that makes tens of thousands of people stop and look.

Bigfoot Beverages is looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life and help tell the stories behind some of the most recognized beverage brands in the world.

As a family-owned company since 1947, Bigfoot Beverages distributes hundreds of beverage brands throughout Oregon. From Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Rockstar, Gatorade, Starbucks, and Bubly to local events, community partnerships, and internal initiatives, our design team plays a critical role in how our company shows up across every market we serve.

Sure, some days you'll spend hours making tiny, but absolutely necessary revisions to the same brochure.

Other days, you'll work on a wide variety of projects, collaborate with teams across the company. Either way, you'll see your work come to life throughout Oregon.

If you're creative, organized, collaborative, and energized by turning ideas into something people can actually experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll partner with teams across the company to create visual content that supports marketing, sales, operations, community events, recruiting, and internal communications.

Projects may include:

  • Promotional campaigns and marketing materials
  • Point-of-sale displays and retail signage
  • Event branding and activation materials
  • Social media graphics and digital content
  • Vehicle graphics and large-format projects
  • Internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Presentations, templates, and branded resources
  • Print and production-ready artwork

No two weeks look exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas—not just execute them.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Love transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences
  • Balance creativity with organization and attention to detail
  • Can manage multiple projects without losing track of deadlines
  • Enjoy collaborating with people from different departments
  • Are comfortable receiving feedback and refining your work
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through execution
  • Like seeing your work make a real impact in the community
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and design execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in an in-house creative team or agency environment
  • Knowledge of print production and large-format graphics
  • Experience preparing production-ready files
  • Familiarity with website content updates and digital marketing assets
  • Basic HTML knowledge

Schedule & Location
  • Full-Time, in-office
  • Monday–Friday
  • Based in Eugene, Oregon
  • Occasional travel to support events, installations, and projects throughout our service territory

Why Bigfoot?

At Bigfoot Beverages, you'll join a company that's large enough to create exciting opportunities but local enough that your work truly matters.

You'll work alongside passionate people, support iconic brands, contribute to community events throughout Oregon, and have the chance to build projects that are seen by customers, employees, retailers, and communities every day.

Most importantly, you'll be part of a family-owned company that believes great ideas can come from anywhere.

Ready to Create Something Great?

If you're looking for a role where your creativity can make a visible impact and where your work won't sit unnoticed on a hard drive, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us bring our brands, events, and ideas to life.
