Lincolnshire, IL (Onsite)

Monday - Friday, full-time schedule

$26 - $30/hour depending on experience

As a vital member of our creative team, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting a variety of digital and print design projects while ensuring they align with our brand standards.ย 


Responsibilities

Designing digital content such as emails, motion graphics, display advertisements, and website content

Developing infographics to effectively communicate complex information in a visually engaging manner

Creating print materials, including packaging design, brochures, and promotional items


Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong skills in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout

Excellent problem-solving and conceptual skills to approach design challenges creatively

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

A self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented work ethic

Ability to correctly set up files for print based on vendor specifications

Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus; proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is highly regarded

A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities

A bachelor's degree (BA or BFA) in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work

3+ years relevant work experience preferred
