A Day in the Life of the Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you'll play an important role in developing creative assets that support new products and strengthen the company's brand presence. You'll work on everything from product packaging and merchandising displays to digital marketing content while partnering with teams across the organization to transform ideas into polished, production-ready designs. Your creativity, organization, and attention to detail will help ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities include:

  • Design creative concepts for product packaging, branding initiatives, and marketing materials.
  • Develop layouts and prepare production-ready files for product packaging, presentations, and merchandising displays.
  • Create engaging digital assets for social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects from concept through final production.
  • Ensure artwork is accurate, organized, and production-ready with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Help evolve and maintain the company's visual brand identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and professional execution.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing product packaging.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate design concepts.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience creating content for e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with product and lifestyle photography and studio lighting.
  • Knowledge of current graphic design trends and best practices.
  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools.
  • Experience with 3D design, modeling, or CAD is a plus.
  • Illustration, branding, or motion graphics experience is a plus.
