Role Overview:
The Photographer and Graphic Designer Intern will support visual storytelling by capturing high-quality images and creating compelling graphic content that reflects our brand and mission. This role is ideal for a creative individual skilled in both photography and design, with the ability to edit and enhance visual assets for digital use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photography for events, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software (color correction, retouching, cropping, etc.).
  • Design graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Translate messaging and content into engaging visual designs.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets.
  • Manage and organize photo and design files for easy access and use.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team on creative direction and campaign execution.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and editing.
  • Ability to edit and retouch images for professional-quality output.
  • Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing both photography and graphic design work required.

Additional Requirement:

  • Must have access to and be proficient in using personal video production equipment, including a camera, lenses, audio gear, and basic lighting tools.

Time Commitment:
Approximately 6 hours per day, up to 5 days per week (up to 30 hours total), with flexibility in scheduling based on availability and project needs. Some evening and weekend availability may be required for events. We understand interns may be balancing school, work, and other commitments. This role is designed to be flexible while still providing meaningful, real-world experience.
