This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Bilingual (French/English) Marketing Administrative Coordinator in Mississauga, ON Canada with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

The role will support our Canadian Marketing and Customer Experience teams while assisting with our Mississauga office operations. This role blends administrative coordination, marketing support, and office services, and is ideal for a highly organized, detailoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

You'll support marketing collateral execution, brand asset management, bilingual (EN/FRCA) documentation, project coordination, and office logistics, while ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including managing translation needs.

  • Manage Canada specific documentation, including design-formatting of stock guides and price sheets.

  • Responsible for translation and maintenance of product and brand assets including but not limited to brochures, product packaging, social media, specification sheets, instruction manuals, website assets.

  • Proactively collaborate with fellow designers as well as cross functionally to seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets.

  • Serve as the vCard administrator, manage purchase order (PO) creation, including Amazon and marketing-related POs.

  • College Diploma from an accredited institution, a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or equivalent design-related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships

  • Strong technical aptitude with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Office 360 is a must. Experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and in Canva, Figma, UI/UX, and Workfront is a plus

  • Bilingual (English and Quebec French) proficiency is required; excellent written French is critical
