This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Bilingual (French/English) Marketing Administrative Coordinator in Mississauga, ON Canada with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

The role will support our Canadian Marketing and Customer Experience teams while assisting with our Mississauga office operations. This role blends administrative coordination, marketing support, and office services, and is ideal for a highly organized, detailoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

You'll support marketing collateral execution, brand asset management, bilingual (EN/FRCA) documentation, project coordination, and office logistics, while ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

What you'll do

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including managing translation needs.

• Manage Canada specific documentation, including design-formatting of stock guides and price sheets.

• Responsible for translation and maintenance of product and brand assets including but not limited to brochures, product packaging, social media, specification sheets, instruction manuals, website assets.

• Proactively collaborate with fellow designers as well as cross functionally to seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets.

• Serve as the vCard administrator, manage purchase order (PO) creation, including Amazon and marketing-related POs.

More about you

• College Diploma from an accredited institution, a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or equivalent design-related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships

• Strong technical aptitude with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Office 360 is a must. Experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and in Canva, Figma, UI/UX, and Workfront is a plus

• Bilingual (English and Quebec French) proficiency is required; excellent written French is critical

Il s'agit d'une occasion de carriere stimulante pour un(e) coordonnateur(-trice) administratif(-ive) marketing bilingue (francais/anglais) de se joindre a Cooper Lighting Solutions a Mississauga (Ontario), Canada, une unite d'affaires de Signify, leader mondial de l'eclairage.

Ce poste soutiendra les equipes canadiennes de marketing et d'experience client, tout en contribuant aux operations du bureau de Mississauga. Ce role combine coordination administrative, soutien marketing et services de bureau, et convient parfaitement a une personne tres organisee, minutieuse et a l'aise dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique.

Vous soutiendrez l'execution des outils marketing, la gestion des actifs de marque, la documentation bilingue (anglais / francais canadien), la coordination de projets et la logistique de bureau, tout en veillant au respect des normes de marque, des echeanciers et des attentes des parties prenantes.

Vos responsabilites

• Aider a la creation et a la mise a jour du materiel marketing, incluant la gestion des besoins en traduction.

• Gerer la documentation specifique au Canada, y compris la mise en forme et le formatage des guides de produits et des listes de prix.

• Assurer la traduction et la mise a jour des actifs produits et de marque, incluant, sans s'y limiter : brochures, emballages de produits, contenus pour les medias sociaux, fiches techniques, manuels d'instructions et contenus Web.

• Collaborer de facon proactive avec les designers et les equipes interfonctionnelles afin d'obtenir les informations necessaires liees aux exigences des projets et d'assurer une comprehension claire et un alignement quant aux echeanciers, livrables et actifs.

• Agir a titre d'administrateur(-trice) des cartes professionnelles (vCard) et gerer la creation des bons de commande (PO), incluant les commandes Amazon et celles liees au marketing.

A propos de vous

Bien que nous valorisions toutes les candidatures, le profil et les competences suivants vous permettront de reussir pleinement dans ce role :

• Diplome d'etudes collegiales d'un etablissement accredite; baccalaureat en design graphique, design d'interaction ou dans un domaine connexe constitue un atout.

• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacite d'etablir de solides relations avec les clients.

• Forte aptitude technique et curiosite constante pour l'apprentissage dans un environnement en evolution rapide.

• Microsoft 365 est requis. Une experience avec Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) ainsi qu'avec Canva, Figma, UI/UX et Workfront est consideree comme un atout.

• Le bilinguisme anglais / francais quebecois est requis. Une excellente maitrise du francais ecrit est essentielle.
