Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Approximately 20-25 Hours Per Week)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Compensation (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
HCO Behavioral Health Services is seeking an energetic, organized, and creative Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in our Lafayette office.
This unique hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing organization with creativity. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day administrative operations of our behavioral health practice while also helping expand our marketing efforts, community presence, and client engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
This role is approximately:
60% Administrative Support
40% Marketing & Growth Initiatives
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule new and existing client appointments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Complete client intake and registration processes
  • Enter and maintain accurate client information
  • Assist with referral coordination
  • Maintain electronic records and documentation
  • Assist with provider scheduling
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments and required paperwork
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  • Support front-office operations and daily workflow

Marketing Responsibilities
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Assist with video content and short-form reels
  • Help manage HCO's social media platforms
  • Assist with website updates
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns
  • Help plan community outreach events
  • Capture office photos and videos for marketing
  • Assist with recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Brainstorm creative ideas to increase community engagement
  • Support business development and brand awareness initiatives
