PRODUCTION LEAD

We help businesses bring ideas to life by creating content that makes life more fun and marketing more impactful.  We’re are behind that fleet of trucks you see everywhere, and we’re the team that design, produce and install the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities and sports arenas across the U.S. We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needed.
We are looking for an energetic and quality-focused individual to join our team.  As the Production Lead, you are primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in efficiently producing high quality graphics that delight our customers.  
  Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Printing and production of client orders 
  • Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready 
  • Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters 
  • Smaller graphic installations, as needed 
  • Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries 
  • Inventory management
Other Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ideal candidates will also possess:
  • Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program) 
  • Customer-service experience
