The Role

We're looking for a hungry, proactive, and reliable Graphic Design Intern who is excited to take ownership of real design work. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, brings ideas to life quickly, and wants meaningful responsibility from day one. You'll work closely with our Design and Growth teams to support brand, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives across digital, product, and lifestyle surfaces.

You won't be shadowing. You'll be shipping. The ideal candidate has a high bar for design craft, a passion for health tech and wellness, and is self-driven enough to take an idea from a rough sketch to a polished, on-brand asset with minimal hand-holding.

How you'll contribute

First and foremost, we are a mission-driven company, so a passion for what we do, and our mission is key. At a high level, the role encompasses three areas:

  • Produce: You'll resize, adapt, and export creative assets across social platforms, using AI tools to speed up image editing and expansion, create subtitles and localized versions, prepare presentation decks, and keeping our asset library organized and easy to navigate.

  • Support: You'll be a reliable second set of hands for the Design Lead, handling simple animations, light video editing, and fast-turnaround requests so bigger creative ideas can ship on time.

  • React: During sports and product launches, you'll help the team move quickly, turning around social assets in real time as moments unfold.

More about the role:
  • Design creative assets for multi-channel campaigns, including web pages, social content, event activations, packaging, swag, and video.

  • Resize, version, and export assets for different channels and formats.

  • Create subtitles, localized assets, and basic animations for social and marketing content.

  • Assist with light video editing, image retouching, and AI-assisted content production.

  • Produce polished OOH assets for client billboards and customer-related perks assets.

  • Evolve and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while experimenting with new visual ideas.

  • Develop performance-driven creative for paid channels, collaborating with Growth to optimize for impact.

  • Create internal templates, presentations, and branded materials for cross-functional teams.

  • Participate in creative reviews, standups, and working sessions to iterate quickly and raise the quality bar.

  • Version and adapt assets across channels such as web, email, social, and print, while ensuring cohesion and craft.

  • Manage design files, maintain organized asset libraries, and uphold workflow best practices.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Computer Arts, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

  • Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to speed up production.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you catch the small stuff before it ships.

  • Ability to work quickly and calmly under time pressure, especially during live/launch moments.

  • Effectively contribute to group creative discussions and critiques.

  • Work collaboratively with the design team and marketing team to reach creative goals while cultivating a strong team-oriented environment.

  • Keep managers up to date on the progress and development of projects.

  • You are interested in the health and wellness space, particularly in sleep.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; Computer Arts or Graphics major is highly preferred.

Bonus points for:
  • Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and layout.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
