Position Summary

East Mountain seeks a creative andmotivated work-study student to serve as a Marketing & CommunicationsCoordinator, supporting storytelling, outreach, and brand developmentacross the school's programs and initiatives.
This role provides hands-on experience inmarketing, communications, and digital media while contributing to ahigh-performing and innovative school community. The assistant will helpshowcase student experiences, highlight school achievements, and supportengagement with families, partners, and the broader community.
The ideal candidate is creative,organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple platformsin a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties(include but are not limited to):

Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Capture photos and videos of school events, classrooms, and student experiences
Assist in developing marketing campaigns for programs (enrollment, events, fundraising, etc.)
Draft short-form content including captions, posts, and promotional materials
Support design of flyers, newsletters, and digital graphics
Help maintain and update website content and announcements
Track engagement metrics and provide basic analytics reports
Assist with storytelling projects highlighting students, staff, and programs
Support outreach efforts for events, including invitations and promotional materials
Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Perform other related duties as assigned
