This role ensures that all visual outputs align with established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency and quality across consumer touchpoints. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams and contributes to both print and digital design initiatives, while supporting creative workflows and production processes.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing brand and packaging design files following established typography, color, and layout standards

  • Produce and organize visual assets (artwork, mock-ups, print-ready files) to meet project deadlines

  • Update and maintain brand guideline resources (templates, color palettes, fonts) as directed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product development, marketing, and sales-by providing design materials and file coordination

  • Create and support brand websites and digital platforms by preparing, updating, and supervising visual assets in line with established brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

  • 2+ years of professional experience or strong design internship background

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and basic print production

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Solid understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
