We're Celonis, a Process Intelligence platform that uses industry-leading process mining technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We've helped the world's largest and most respected companies produce maximum business value for minimum waste. We are looking to grow our North American Marketing Intern program. This part-time internship (25h /week) will run from July 2026 /August 2026 through December 2026 /January 2027 and will be based in New York, NY.
The Team:
The field marketing team works directly with the sales team to create marketing programs that drive new leads and revenue for the business. Their mission is to dominate the North America market by delivering an inspired and orchestrated marketing experience to our customers. By joining this thriving marketing team you will get hands-on experience on modern marketing tactics and how to make an impact in the business.
The Role:
As an intern on the marketing team, your role will be to support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing activities by supporting events, reporting, internal communication, and content.
The work you'll do:
Examples of the work you could:
  • Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns
  • Gather and analyze campaign performance data to help us make informed business decisions
  • Support the execution of Celonis-hosted events and webinars to reach potential customers and existing customers
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication plans to our sales and business development team
  • Support the creation of digital ads, landing page and email copy

The qualifications you need:
  • Current Bachelor's/Master's student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or other related degree
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
  • Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during business hours
  • You are highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills
  • You can successfully manage multiple projects at the same time without losing attention to detail
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and present to both customers and senior management
  • Experience with event management is also a plus

The base pay range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base pay and sick time off. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
