Job description

Job Summary

Granite Works Stone Design is seeking a motivated and professional Account Executive (Retail Sales Representative) to help customers select and purchase luxury stone countertops. This transitional sales role blends traditional retail engagement with full‑cycle account management. The position will manage walk‑in clients and phone leads, guide them through the selection and purchase process, and oversee each project through installation to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist walk‑in clients and respond to incoming sales inquiries related to luxury stone countertops
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey, from consultation to installation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, builders, and trade professionals
  • Deliver product knowledge, recommendations, and support to meet customer needs
  • Prepare detailed quotes using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and changes
  • Coordinate with installation and production teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Support showroom events and marketing initiatives
  • Represent the Granite Works brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury countertops, flooring, or high‑end home improvement sectors
  • Knowledge of stone materials such as granite, marble, and quartz is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Demonstrated success in customer service and relationship management
  • Capable of independently managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in CRM platforms; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus!
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
