What You’ll Do

  • Estimate jobs using proven SOPs and structured systems

  • Create detailed work orders and coordinate directly with install crews

  • Manage and track up to 100 jobs using the company CRM

  • Maintain clear communication with customers, crews, and management

  • Travel throughout Grand County, with occasional trips to nearby mountain communities

  • Provide regular updates and documentation (including photo documentation)

What You Need

(Roofing, restoration, solar, or related trades strongly preferred)

  • Strong estimating and negotiation skills

  • High integrity and follow-through — you own your work

  • Ability to navigate roofs, climb ladders, and work in mountain weather

  • Strong organizational skills with confidence managing your own pipeline

  • Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)

  • Ability to read and understand plans

  • Professional communication skills across all levels

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

What’s Offered
  • $75,000 base salary (with sales minimums)

  • Uncapped commissions – OTE around $250,000+

  • W-2 employment

  • 401(k) with match

  • Healthshare program after 3 months

  • High-quality inbound leads

  • Company truck, phone reimbursement, and support systems

  • Strong brand reputation across the mountain region

  • Opportunity to build a high-income career in a stable, growing market
