Dynamo has an immediate opening for a Management Analyst to provide mission-essential and administrative support to management-level, experienced program support specialists. Management Analysts play a crucial role in providing mission-critical support to management-level personnel and administrative support to experienced program support specialists. They handle a variety of duties, including documentation planning and support, project administration, program management support, event planning and administration, note-taking, records management, data input, and other office administration functions.

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Assist in documentation planning and support for various projects and programs.

  • Provide administrative support for project and program management tasks.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including logistical arrangements and administrative support.

  • Take detailed notes during meetings and compile relevant information for reporting purposes.

  • Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support data input and verification processes to ensure data integrity.

  • Perform other office administration functions as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • U.S Citizenship required and maintain a government suitability clearance.

  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with Government and contractor personnel

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work well with different levels of authority, backgrounds, personality, and experience.

  • Ability to learn quickly.

  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.

  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

  • Proven track record of timely, accurate and complete work, independently managing multiple tasks with changing timelines and deliverables.

Nice to Have Skills

  • At least two (2) years of experience related to immigration, specifically non-immigrant students, preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Management Analysts shall have a minimum of an Associates however a Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred.

  • Minimum/General Experience: At least two (2) years of experience related to immigration, specifically non-immigrant students, preferred.

60k to 68k
