Job description

Mercy's EAYL program provides LPN/RN senior level Nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend for the completion of their senior practicum (last semester) at a Mercy hospital.


Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers


Build professional connections and secure a position post-graduation!


  • To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation- it is encouraged that this is on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on. Commitment time after graduation is 6 months.
