- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering execution
- Research competitors and industry benchmarks
- Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Use AI tools including Claude to support research, prototyping, and documentation
- Analyze portal usage data and summarize findings
- Support user acceptance testing before releases
- Document processes, decisions, and product knowledge clearly
Help support work across one or more of our core digitalproduct areas, such as:
Customer Portal:
- Help define features and write user stories for the customer self-serviceplatform
- Analyze how customers use order tracking, calibration certificates, rentals,and service history features
- Support improvements to user experience and workflow clarity

What We're Looking For:

- Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, orrelated field
- Strong written communication skills with clear and structured writing ability

- Comfort working with ambiguity and solving undefined problems
