Required Relevant Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree (4 years)
Required Field(s) of StudyGraduate-level Engineering (Software Engineering or Data Science).
Preferred Relevant Education and Experience - LLM Frameworks: Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for managing AI conversations.
- API Management: Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Linguistic Data Processing: Understanding NLP concepts and semantic similarity.
- Web Development: Proficiency in a modern framework (like Python/Flask) to build the user interface and the researcher's data-export dashboard.

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Design and refine System Prompts to establish personas that respond to learner input.
- Connect the front-end interface to an LLM.
- Develop a mechanism where the AI can evaluate a user's utterances.
- Build a system to export timestamped interaction logs (JSON/CSV).
- Fine-tune the "voice-to-text" or "text-submit" parameters.
