Job description

Job Summary:
A student employee in the Student Success Office serves as the first point of contact by greeting students, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service. They assist with directing general inquiries for the university, ensuring accurate information is shared and students are connected to the appropriate resources. These students will also assist with event programming and various projects for the student success office.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet students and visitors at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Answer and direct general phone calls for the university, ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with student success programming and projects, contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of office initiatives.
  • Provide students with information about available resources and connect them to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
