Summary The Criminal Justice Learning Community (CJLC) Graduate Student Assistant is a leadership role designed for a graduate student with a strong interest in student engagement. Graduate Student Assistants work closely with the CJLC Director, CJLC Faculty affiliates, and undergraduate student assistants to organize CJLC events while also providing instructional support for CJLC course sections. Career Readiness Competencies: Career & Self-Development Communication Critical Thinking Essential Functions Coordinate academic and co-curricular programming Mentor undergraduate students to foster a supportive community Maintain student communication, track participation, assess program outcomes Support recruitment efforts.

Minimum Qualifications Must be a graduate student enrolled in the criminal justice program In order to be eligible for this role, previous experience as a CJLC administrative assistant 1 is required.
