L3Harris Technologies is seeking self-starting, team-oriented Full-Stack Application Software Engineers to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This team is at the forefront of satellite command and control systems, leveraging web technologies, distributed computing, sophisticated cloud technologies, frameworks, and cutting-edge capabilities. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in developing and integrating mission-unique software with both existing and emerging technologies, using industry best practices.

Essential Functions:

  • Development and Integration: Perform software development and integration using industry best practices, including Agile methodologies, for government systems.
  • Mission Application Support: Provide development support for mission applications and frameworks.
  • Modern Practices: Participate in a development team employing modern DevOps practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.
  • System Enhancement: Maintain and develop new capabilities for deployed systems, diagnose and resolve issues, and offer support to end-users as required.
  • Continuous Learning: Possess the technical talent and desire to continually learn new skills and promote innovative technologies.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers on the job as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $135,000 - $250,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Newย  York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $117,000 - $218,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited toย  experience and geographic location.
