Job title: Technical Field Trainer - AI Enablement (full-time)
Location: Hybrid in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, Chicago, Washington DC, Atlanta, Houston (50% in-person teaching + 50% WFH)
Salary: $125k-175k/year (depending on experience & location)
Requirements: Technical training experience, AI/LLM fluency, developer fluency, customer-facing strength

We're hiring experienced Technical Field Trainers to support a large-scale, global enablement initiative for one of the world's most influential artificial intelligence organizations. This role is ideal for technical facilitators who can confidently deliver AI-focused training to diverse professional audiences - engineers, developers, solution architects, sales teams, and business leaders.

You'll lead hands-on workshops, guide participants through real-world AI development workflows, and help global partners build confidence with cutting-edge generative AI technologies. This is a training and enablement role, not a customer implementation or delivery engineering role.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and hands-on labs for global partner organizations
  • Facilitate sessions for mixed audiences: engineers, developers, architects, consultants, sales teams, and executives
  • Guide participants through practical AI implementation exercises using prepared labs and sample code
  • Troubleshoot live issues during workshops and help participants navigate developer tools, SDKs, and APIs
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical explanations tailored to different technical levels
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and technical credibility across enterprise and strategic partner engagements
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality delivery across regions and audiences
  • Collaborate with program leadership and regional teams to ensure successful training outcomes
  • Support scalable enablement models while preserving a premium learner experience

What You'll Teach
You should be comfortable facilitating hands-on labs and technical discussions across several of the following areas:

  • Generative AI platforms and ecosystems
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation model concepts
  • Prompt engineering techniques and best practices
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and workflows
  • AI agents and agentic development workflows
  • API integration, SDK usage, and developer tooling
  • Reading and lightly modifying Python or JavaScript sample code
  • Cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Common AI application development workflows
  • Technical troubleshooting and live problem-solving
  • Full product training and certification will be provided

Who You Are

You're a technical educator who can speak fluently to engineers while also engaging sales and business audiences with clarity and confidence. You thrive in front of a room, enjoy guiding hands-on labs, and can break down complex AI concepts into practical, real-world applications.

You bring:

  • Background in technical training, developer education, software development, consulting, or technical enablement
  • Experience delivering workshops, bootcamps, or technical training for professional audiences
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI development workflows
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and cloud environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot participant issues in real time
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Comfort engaging engineers, developers, architects, consultants, sales teams, and executives
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned region

Bonus Points

  • Experience delivering enterprise enablement programs for global technology organizations
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, generative AI ecosystems, developer relations, or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience supporting certification or partner-enablement programs at scale
  • Fluency in English plus a regional language (Hindi, French, German, Japanese, etc.)

Benefits

-        Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

-        Health, dental, and vision coverage

-        Travel and expenses covered

-        PTO and paid holidays
