The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview

The Director, Software Product Management for the Investly business unit is responsible for leading the product strategy, execution, and overall performance of Investly's digital platform. This role oversees the Product Management and UX/UI teams, ensuring that product roadmaps are aligned with Investly's mission, customer expectations, and broader enterprise priorities.

The Director will drive innovation, foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality product experiences that support the growth and evolution of the Investly platform.

What You Will Do

  • Define and drive the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and technical priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end product execution, including planning, backlog management, and delivery across multiple teams and domains.
  • Champion customer-centricity by leveraging research, feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, successful launches, and effective change management.
  • Drive business performance by supporting investment planning, monitoring product outcomes, and optimizing adoption, efficiency, and growth.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong expertise in software product management, agile delivery, and digital product strategy.
  • Ability to lead multiple product workstreams and guide product managers.
  • Strong understanding of technology concepts, user-centered design, and modern digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with comfort in financial and performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

Experience, Education

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management or digital roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience leading product teams and delivering software products at scale
  • Demonstrated success in developing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or large technology ecosystems
  • Exposure to platform modernization, cloud-based applications, or data-driven products

Nice to Have:

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate/graduate degree
  • Product or Agile certification

  • Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from 176,000 to 220,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
