Job description

Summary
We are seeking a Mobile Architect with deep expertise in React Native to lead front-end mobile architecture across our digital platforms. This role blends hands-on development with architectural leadership, focusing on building scalable, high-quality cross-platform mobile solutions.
You will define and influence architecture strategy, develop proof-of-concepts, and partner closely with engineering and product teams to deliver modern mobile experiences aligned to business goals.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive mobile and front-end architecture strategy across teams
  • Provide technical guidance and standards for React Native and cross-platform mobile development
  • Lead proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical evaluations
  • Translate business and product needs into scalable architecture designs
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to drive alignment and adoption of architectural decisions
  • Influence stakeholders and teams to ensure consistency with architectural standards
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • Contribute hands-on through example implementations and prototype development

Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of technology architect experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Strong expertise in React Native (required)
  • Experience building cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android)
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end development practices
  • Experience defining and implementing application architecture and design patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate technical decisions across teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with React (web) or broader front-end ecosystems
