We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

What you will be doing:
  • Work directly under Senior Project Manager
  • Project planning, scheduling and coordination
  • Safety and quality control management
  • Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
  • Change order management
  • Managing critical subcontractors
  • Submittal and RFI Management
  • Equipment Procurement
  • Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
  • Interface with other departments (Design, Purchasing, Fabrication) to maintain clear communication and ensure proper flow of information and correspondence

What you need for this position:
  • 1-3 years of construction experience on commercial sites
  • College graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and in the use of scheduling and construction software, i.e., MS Project, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, etc.
