Job description

1. Organize work flow for projects and maintain accurate records; 


2.  Develop schedules for projects based on customer requirements, parts deliveries, production and scheduling;


3.  Ability to Interact well with customers bot verbally and in writing;


4.  Coordinate with city/county/state personnel, general and/or subcontractors, customers and Bassco employees;


5.  Ability to develop and understand the Bassco internal support systems and how it works;


6.  Ability to learn technical systems and/or new software;


7.  Ability to read/understand project engineering blue prints/plans/standards;


8.  Ability to prepare and submit Engineering Reports for projects;


9.  Ability to prepare and/or publish O & M manuals for specific projects;


10.  Ability to prepare and maintain accurate installation information packets for employee;


11.  Ability to perform site visits and attend pre-construction and/or safety meetings related to specific construction project;


12.  Ability to make accurate decisions based on construction site  information;


13.  Ability to obtain/retain every detail of every job that is your responsibility;


14.  Must excel in organizational skills;


15.  Must be a self starter and self motivated;


16.  Must be flexible to changing conditions and be able to adapt a plan to fit existing conditions;


17.  Must poses the ability to articulate a concise plan and motivate others.


 


 


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:


At least two years in the position of Construction Manager or Construction Foreman.
