You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed, setting clear expectations, and working toward an outstanding experience on every project.

This role is ideal for a construction professional who understands both the operational and customer-facing sides of project management and wants the authority to lead projects from beginning to end.

  • Strong customer service and expectation-management skills
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction project management software

Experience in post-frame, light commercial, agricultural, or custom construction is strongly preferred. Estimating experience, subcontractor management, or previous trade leadership experience would also be valuable.
