Responsibilities
  • Experimental Design & Setup: Assist in the design, construction, and testing of an experimental apparatus.
  • Simulation & Modeling: Run computational simulations to replicate and analyze experimental results.
  • Software Development: Contribute to the development of software tools for sensitivity analysis and data processing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports summarizing results, methods, and progress.
  • Dissemination of Results: Support the preparation of posters and presentations, with opportunities to present findings at national conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in experimental methods, numerical modeling, and/or software development.
  • Basic proficiency in programming (Python, MATLAB, or similar) preferred.
  • Familiarity with engineering simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
