I opened my agency in 2003 after spending 12 years with State Farm corporate and moving back to my hometown to serve the community I care deeply about. Our office has grown to a team of nine, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, customer-focused environment where team members are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.
I’m a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, have been married for over 30 years, and enjoy spending time outdoors, summers at the lake, and winter snow activities with my family. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Reed - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
