Family Practice residency seeks an experienced individual to serve as Program Director. Responsibilities involve a full mix of teaching, administrative tasks & direct patient care. You’ll help meet educational goals of continuous accreditation and ensure resident competency for board eligibility. Provide oversight and guidance to residency program coordinators. Qualified individuals will be certified in Family Practice & have a strong interest in graduate medical education. Compensation includes a generous base, directorship stipend, incentives, benefits, retirement, malpractice, vaca/relo/CME, signing bonus & more. Servicing over 100K residents, this area provides a picturesque view of the Cascade Mountains and the Oregon Coast, a variety of school options, outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, rafting), special events, shopping, dining & easy access to McMinnville & nearby communities.
