Job description

AlphaStaffHCM™ is seeking a highly motivated Chief of Staff reporting to the CEO and to be the right hand in driving growth, operational excellence, and value creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of executive leadership and operations to lead high-impact initiatives across the organization.


The ideal candidate is a recent graduate of an MBA program and/or has professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business transformation, and/or project management, combined with direct exposure to aspects of Human Resources, Insurance, and/or Data Analytics. The role requires a mix of analytical rigor, strategic insight, executional drive, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by executing and managing strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and clearly communicating objectives to departments. This person will be tasked with overseeing large, cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning the entire organization. This role involves bringing together functional experts and individual contributors to execute complex projects. In this role, CoS will also be an individual contributor, owning and leading one-time and ongoing initiatives. This individual will have proven ability to drive decision-making processes, ensuring that projects stay on track, communicating with the management team and the board of directors, and ensuring ongoing alignment with the company's strategic goals.


Compensation Range: 90 - 100K


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Initiatives C Execution

  • Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership to define, communicate, and drive enterprise-wide priorities.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, utilizing senior leadership and department heads for execution plan, KPI development, and monitoring. Examples include zero-based budgeting, operational efficiencies, and growth initiatives.

Executive Support Communication

  • Develop a pathway for communicating with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Function as the CEO representative in meetings, ensuring alignment across leadership.
  • Prepare board materials and executive presentations.
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Operational Effectiveness

  • Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, and Marketing to drive execution.
  • Create KPI dashboards to track performance, ensuring accountability.

Change C Stakeholder Management

  • Help drive cultural and organizational transformation in a high-growth environment.
  • Serve as a bridge between the CEO, operations team, executive team, and board of directors, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration and help optimize organizational structures.


Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • MBA or 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business transformation, and/or project management.
  • Experience in Human Resources, Insurance, and/or data analytics.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent executive communication and written / oral presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, results-oriented, family office-backed environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to work cross-functionally and on a variety of projects, both administrative tasks and trajectory-altering projects.

Must be able to work on-site full-time in Sunrise, FL.
