What is the role about? 

The Business Specialist with the Gas Measurement team provides high-level support to the leadership of department within the United States Sales Organization. The role ensures smooth operations and optimal efficiency within the leadership team and broader management group. 

Which tasks will you perform? 

  • Support and thought partner for all parts of the organization including sales, product management, engineering, production, fulfilment and services  
  • Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Manage group budgets, headcounts, targets, and goals  
  • Analyze the functioning of processes and suggest effective solutions by researching, visualizing, articulating, solving problems, and implementing solutions 
  • Develop new business programsand make enhancements to meet changing customer demands 
  • Collaborate and contribute to the organization to promote cross-functional and process thinking 
  • Manage on-site business partner and guest experiences, support business leader schedule management and be the positive go-to person for any business-related issues
  • Maximize the Vice President of Gas Measurement productivity by strategically managing a fast-paced calendar, ensuring alignment with sales cycles, strategic priorities and key business initiatives

What do we expect from you? 

You will have (required): 

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience 
  • 2-5 years of relevant business experience with a specfic focus in data analytics
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, standard business hours 
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time

You may have (preferred):  

  • Strong proficiency with business technology, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Master's Degree preferred (MBA or related experience)
