MARKETING INTERN

Dialight is the world leader in LED industrial lighting technology with millions of LED fixtures installed worldwide. We enable industrial customers operating in demanding environments to reduce their energy costs, maintenance costs, and carbon footprint while maximizing the safety and productivity of their facilities.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support marketing and communication efforts for our company. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, branding, and business development within a manufacturing and/or B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, and product content
  • Support social media, websites, and email marketing efforts
  • Help organize and maintain marketing databases and customer information
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Assist with trade show preparation and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to communicate product features and benefits


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint (SharePoint is a plus)
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Premiere Pro is a plus)
  • Experience with various social media platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in industrial products, manufacturing, or technology is a plus


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WordPress and HubSpot
  • Experience with YouTube Studio – video editing or animation is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation
  • Understanding of tradeshow organization and shipping coordination
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
