CNC Manufacturing Process Programmer — Hayden, ID

You translate complex drawings into clean, reliable code, run the first article, verify dimensions, and make smart adjustments that keep production on pace. Throughout the day you collaborate with engineering and production, document your work, and share tips with junior teammates—all while keeping machines tuned and uptime high.
What you’ll handle
- Create and refine CNC programs tailored to a variety of machining operations to achieve precision and efficiency.
- Set up and operate CNC equipment, monitoring performance to ensure safe and productive runs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce exact parts.
- Perform quality checks on completed components to confirm they meet required standards.
- Work closely with engineering and production to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to reduce downtime and keep schedules on track.
- Record program revisions and maintain accurate documentation of each production run.
- Coach and mentor junior staff in programming best practices and machine operation.
What sets you up for success
- Demonstrated experience in CNC programming or a closely related role.
- Deep knowledge of CNC machinery and programming languages such as G-code.
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
