Job description

10‑4 Logistics USA seeks recent CDL‑A graduates and experienced CDL‑A drivers to operate regional dry van routes east of I‑35. This role provides steady, 100% no‑touch freight assignments on a predictable regional schedule while requiring compliance with DOT regulations and professional representation of the company at customer locations and on the road.

  • Compensation: Estimated $70,000–$80,000 per year
  • Home time: Two days every other week
  • Area of operation: Regional routes east of I‑35
  • Equipment: Late‑model Freightliner tractors; automatic; fully equipped
  • Freight: Dry van; 100% no‑touch
  • Paid training: Initial 4–6 weeks with a mentor; training stipend provided

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Safe vehicle operation: Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Timely transport: Deliver dry van freight on assigned regional routes according to schedules and customer requirements.
  • Pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections: Conduct thorough inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation consistent with regulatory and company standards.

Minimum qualifications:
