Role and Responsibilities 

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of the small team working at Stranger Soccer Orlando, assisting with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives. 

  • Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, supporting as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week. 
  • Coordinating and executing various tasks related to the daily operation of the business, such as social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach.

The candidate will:

• Gain experience in the daily operations of a sports and community-based business. 

  • Gain confidence in communicating and engaging with players and partners. 
  • Gain practical exposure in sports marketing, event coordination, and customer experience. 
  • Gain understanding of how Stranger Soccer builds and grows its player community in Orlando. 

Requirements

    • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn 
    • Friendly, positive attitude and a team player 
    • Passion for football is a BIG PLUS
