Fusion HCR is Hiring!

Position: Full Stack Developer
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Type: Contract (Through End of Year)
Industry: Hospitality & Gaming

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking four Full Stack Developers to support web and mobile initiatives for a premier hospitality organization, including booking engine work and AI-driven web features. This role is ideally true full stack for maximum utilization across projects, though candidates with a front-end lean will also be considered. The ideal candidate brings experience from larger, design-forward organizations comfortable delivering across both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using .NET, React, and React Native
  • Build and support booking experience/engine functionality (excluding room booking specifically)
  • Contribute to AI-driven web features and initiatives
  • Write and optimize SQL for data-driven application features

Platform & Project Coverage

  • Work across both web and mobile platforms as project needs require
  • Balance front-end and back-end work based on project and team needs

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, functional experiences
  • Work in an Agile delivery environment alongside other developers

Required Qualifications

  • Strong full stack development experience, ideally spanning .NET, React, and SQL
  • Experience with React Native or mobile application development
  • Comfortable working across both front-end and back-end depending on project needs (front-end strength a plus)
  • Experience with booking/reservation or e-commerce-style engines a plus
  • Experience with larger company environments where strong design and engineering standards are key

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-integrated web features
  • Experience in hospitality, gaming, or large enterprise environments
  • Experience working in Agile development environments

Why Join?
This is an opportunity to build high-visibility web and mobile features — including booking systems and AI-driven functionality — for a premier hospitality brand, with four openings offering flexibility in team placement and project focus.
