Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Be placed on a team within Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a Division, Corporate, or Global Supply Chain.
  • Work on a project where your findings or solutions will be implemented into the business.
  • Be a valued team member whose ideas are encouraged and supported. 
  • Build your professional network across the finance organization, employee resource groups and the intern community.
  • Meet with an assigned peer mentor who will be a resource for you throughout your internship and beyond
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other financial systems to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects and business initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Present internship projects, findings, or recommendations to finance leadership at the conclusion of the program
  • Interview for the Finance Leadership Development Program, a two-year, full-time, salaried rotation program dedicated to internally developing talented entry-level professionals into future business leaders.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate level degree majoring in Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation date in Spring 2028.
  • Available to participate in the full duration of one of the following 12-week internship program dates (May 17th- August 6th OR May 24th- August 13th).
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from 300 Boston Scientific Way Marlborough MA, 01752 or 4100 Hamline Avenue North St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112. Boston Scientific does not provide transportation or transportation support to and from its locations.

Maximum Salary: $56, 160.00

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
