What You'll Do

You'll own the full 360ยฐ recruitment lifecycle:

  • Candidate side - Source, attract, qualify, and manage ERP talent (Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and more) skilled in NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Client side - Identify, engage, and win new business with global customers and partners.
  • Prepare and present high-quality shortlists, manage interview processes end-to-end, and negotiate offers through to close.
  • Build territory and account plans, map org charts, run outreach cadences, and book and lead client discovery calls.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer.
