Midway University – Graduate Assistant Opportunities (Fall 2026)

Midway University is seeking motivated and ambitious graduate students to join our campus team as Graduate Assistants beginning Fall 2026. These positions provide valuable professional experience while you complete your graduate degree in a supportive and collaborative campus environment.

Graduate Assistants play an important role in advancing university initiatives while gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Position Benefits

Graduate Assistants are expected to maintain an on-campus presence and work a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Available Graduate Assistant Positions for Fall 2026

Student Success
Support programs that promote student engagement and retention. Responsibilities may include tutoring coordination, data tracking, student support services, and participation in student success initiatives.

International Admissions

Support the International Admissions office in processing Applications and supporting documents. Coordinate programs to welcome, orient, and enhance the engagement and success of international students. Assist with the development and implementation of programming for international students.

Athletics

Sports Information – Assist with athletic event coverage, statistics, writing, photography, broadcasting, and digital content for Midway Athletics.

Baseball – Support the baseball program with operations, recruiting coordination, and team development.

Football – Assist coaching staff with program operations, player development, and team logistics.

Equine/Farm

This position will be a blend of hands-on horse care, facility maintenance, often requiring a mix of physical labor and academic or supervisory support. This position will support Farm management with tasks like feeding, cleaning and assisting with veterinary or farrier care.
