Start your nursing career with confidence. As a New Graduate RN at Springfield Memorial Hospital, you'll receive the support you need to transition from student to professional nurse. Through a structured, nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program, you'll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced nurses, preceptors and mentors dedicated to your success.
