Job description

Position Purpose:
Support the Show Producer in the day-to-day operations and strategic implementation of assigned Show Broadcast projects. Coordinate with various departments to organize show data, ensuring all team members have the necessary information. Serve as lead copywriter for the show and provide up-to-date details on broadcasts and special projects to other Ministry departments.
Essential Duties:
  • Assist the Show Producer in organizing all aspects of the show programming and other special projects.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings for Producers, ensuring action plans are followed up on.
  • Supervise and train the QC/Closed Caption Team and transcriptionists, managing their tasks and invoices.
  • Take detailed notes for each Shoot Day and create pre-production line-up "Call Sheets."
  • Manage Post-Production Books and Progress Trackers for GT shows and special projects.
  • Coordinate transcription needs and communicate product offers to all AWM departments, both local and international.
  • Act as the central point of contact for Guest Relations and Schedule Coordination for all shoots.
  • Plan studio, field, and event productions, including equipment and crew coordination.
  • Provide Craft Services for shoots as needed.
  • Offer copywriting support for products, openings, and other show spots.
  • Train, coach, and offer backup support for Production Assistants.
  • Meet daily/weekly deadlines and attend all required meetings.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent time, resource, and scheduling management skills.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with Quality Control for AWM is required
  • Must pass all required checks.

Experience:
  • Must be able to operate all Microsoft Office Programs on both PC and MAC platforms.
  • Previous Television Department experience is preferred.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
