Requirements: *** MUST BE ANART MAJOR, OTHER MAJORSWILL NOTBE CONSIDERED ***

  • In good standing with the Graduate School
  • Possess an overall graduate GPA of at least 3.00 for courses completed
  • Must be registered every term of assistantship

Responsibilities:20 hours per week of assistance with teaching and administrative aspects of the Department of Art programs, to be considered full-time Graduate Assistant. At times, duties will be assigned outside the Department of Art programs that are compatible with the strengths of the candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in areas of art and admission to the Graduate School. Teaching experience and technology skills preferred, but not required.

Salary:$4000.00 per semester for full-time assistantship, and $2,666.00 for Summer full-time assistance.

*Position includes a waiver of tuition for up to six credits per semester.*
