Position Available: Lil' Kickers Coach
Are you passionate about soccer and dedicated to nurturing young talent? Sofive Soccer Center is seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team as Lil' Kickers coaches! If you're highly motivated, kid-centric, and ready to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
  • Entry Level: No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage children's behaviors.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
  • Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
  • Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
  • Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
