About the Role

The Druid Hills Golf Club is seeking a Swim Graduate Assistant to assist in managing all aspects of our swim program. This position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or graduate students to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment while helping to cultivate a love for swimming among young members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
  • Helping to coordinate swim team practices and events.
  • Providing supervision and safety for all swim activities.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the pool and swim areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Communicating with parents and guardians regarding swim programs and participation.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing ideas to improve the swim program.
  • Providing support to the head coach and other swim staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Strong swimming skills and familiarity with swim instruction.
